## Supplies:

- Liquid Starch- 1 cup (Sta Flo brand works best)
- Flour- 1/2 cup
- Embroidery Thread
- Water Balloons

## Tips:

- For extra hard eggs add 2-3 tbs of Mod Podge Hard Coat to your mixture
- Let dry overnight for best results
- Do not use heat to dry or it can pop the balloon
